We have carried out our work on many different types of projects. We work across multiple sectors as well including commercial, retail, residential and more. We do fire protection and safety including installing fire doors and compartmentation of rooms. We carry out office refurbishments, warehouse refurbishments, blocks of flats. We offer design services in creating a space you’re proud of. We do maintenance packages for clients to ensure their space is kept exactly how they want it. Finally, we also have special equipment that allows us to work from height on projects too. We are able to take on construction projects of all types. This question is often asked amongst clients and the answer is always dependent on a few things. The best thing if you’re unsure is to give us a call and arrange an initial consultation for us to do a site survey and run you through what could be done. We will assess how you want to use your space, what the current layout is, what fire doors are present, how the facilities are functioning and other things to give you all the information needed to make a decision. You may also have an idea on whether the space can be rearranged without the need for a complete strip out and construction work on top. On the other hand, your vision may actually be a reality from a fit-our perspective when you perhaps initially thought it wasn’t.

Yes we are. We have become specialists in fire door because it was an area we really wanted to excel in as a company. The importance of ensuring people are as safe as possible in the building they work in is paramount just in case the worst was to happen. We install high quality fire doors as well as work on fire compartmentation projects too. We also do fire assessments and reports for clients meaning we cover all bases when it comes to fire protection.

We are predominantly based up in the north west of England covering Chester, Lancaster, Liverpool, Manchester, Warrington, and surrounding areas. For larger scale office refurbishments and fire door installations, we are willing to travel further.

This is a subjective question because there are all types of variables with an office fit out. What sort of furniture will be going in? Does the flooring need changing? Are any temporary walls being put in? Do you need new decorations and signage? Does the pipework or wiring need dealing with? These are all questions that need answers to ensure you’re getting an overall feel for the project cost.

We carry out two types of maintenance packages that we deem necessary for buildings that are both occupied and vacant. We do planned maintenance and reactive maintenance and the main difference is suggested in the names. Planned is routine checks on a regular basis to ensure your building is in perfect working order and reactive is usually when there’s an issue of some description.
